Celebrating Good Things that Happened in 2015
We have a tradition at Broadview where we get the team together for lunch on New Year's Eve and reminisce about all the good things that happened during the year. This tradition started during the recession of 2008 when times were hard and morale was down, but it remains an important exercise during the good times as well.
A recent article in Psychology Today reinforced this thinking, saying that it's better to write down a list of the year's triumphs than to write resolutions for next year. Resolutions inherently point out flaws. While it's important to have goals, it may be even more important to reflect on your achievements in order to nurture the kind of confidence needed to complete those goals. Here is a list of some of the things we're thankful for this year, in no particular order.

A Big THANK YOU from the Broadview Team
Without the constant support of our friends and family, and the opportunities our clients offer us to share in their product development process, we would surely not be where we are today. We want to wish all of our clients, suppliers, and friends all the best tidings for 2016.
